HR Manager

About the client:

A growing international company in the manufacturing and services industry. They have offices in Hong Kong as well as the PRC.

Responsibilities:

  • Full scope HR function in Hong Kong and PRC.
  • Implementation of HR policies and practices, incentive and motivation schemes, compensation & benefits.
  • Act as coordinator between HQ and overseas entities mainly in the PRC
  • Support initiatives and facilitate communication between management and employees.
  • Talent conversations, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Provide integrated people management services, including advice, performance management
  • Assist in HR operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Occasional traveling to China is required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree Holder or above or relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, with experience in incentive and motivation scheme formulation & international exposure is highly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and China Labour Law.
  • Previous experience covering the PRC would be an added advantage
  • Highly adaptable with a strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent language fluency in English and Mandarin
