HR Director

Our client is sizable listed Hong Kong business with established operations in Greater China. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Director to join their corporate head office.

Reporting to the VP of HR and Operations, you will lead a team and provide superb HR business advisory and support to Greater China markets. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with business stakeholders, drive HR initiatives and facilitate commercial decisions and targets. As an integral part of the business operations, you will deliver a structured and engaging talent management plan; implement appropriate performance management and organisation development programmes. This is a critical and prolific role where you will have ample exposure to executive management and their Board of Directors.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• University degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Prior experience working in sizable Hong Kong companies is essential
• Minimum 12 years of HR BP and Operations experiences and at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Hands on approach; superb business partnering skills
• Tactful, problem solving and result oriented approach
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
