HR Associate - Well Being and Event Focus, up to 22K

Job description


  • Develop, promote and launch Employee Wellness Programmes
  • Support Social, Recreation and Sports events.
  • Review our Employee Wellness Programmes by collecting feedback from participants with various channels.
  • Stay abreast with health & wellness trends and best practices in the market


  • Matriculated / DSE with pass in English & Chinese including English (Syllabus B) or equivalent.
  • Candidates with a Recognized Dip in Recreation & Sports Management /HR Mgt/Business/Mgt Studies or equivalent will be an added advantage
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience, of which 1 year should be with a sizeable organization
  • A pleasant, proactive and mature character with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to develop and maintain good relationships with internal and/or external parties
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications Experience in using SharePoint or SAP would be an advantage
