HR Assistant | up to 22K

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain employee databases and sort emails for the HR department.
    • Record employee attendance and leaves.
    • Assist the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration.

  2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Post job openings online.
    • Shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews.
    • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.

  3. Employee Communication:
    • Ensure smooth communication with employees.
    • Address employee queries and resolve them promptly.

  4. Clerical Support:
    • Provide administrative assistance to Head of HR and the team,
    • Handle paperwork, data entry, and other clerical tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication and written skills in Chinese and English
