HR Assistant (Employee relations, events), 23k
- Support company events organizing and related logisitc arrangement
- Organize employee relations activities including sports, luncheon, webinar etc.
- Handle employees' enquires and requests on employee relations issues.
- Maintain an updated, efficient and effective central filing system
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement on systems, procedures and practices, etc.
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant position in a sizeable company
- Experienced in SAP is a plus
- Outgoing and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, independent, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Reputable and stable HK listed company
- Young and energetic team
- Hung Hom office
- 1 year renewable rolling contract (long term)
