HR Assistant ($19-21K, 1-year renewable contract)

Our client is looking for a HR & Admin Assistant for their HR Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative and procurement duties for the HR Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Assist in scheduling of interviews and meetings for the team.
  • Handle Talent Acquisition duties for the team.
  • Provide administrative support and logistic arrangement for different projects.
  • Support other projects and ad-hoc assignments if required


  • A recognized Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma degree in all discipline.
  • Fresh graduates will be considered, experience in handling office admin duties is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS office applications.
  • Excellent spoken and written abilities in both English and Chinese.
  • Detail-oriented, Well-organised, flexible and independent team player with high level of problem-solving ability.
