Helpdesk Support/ Technical Support Engineer, MNC, 30K
Job description
My client is a global market leader in waste management and energy recycling. They are now looking for a junior helpdesk support to join their HK office.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot the overall IT infrastructure
- Monitor performance and ensure IT system availability and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely fashion
- Manage IT devices, licenses, and maintenance contracts
- Serve as the first point of contact of users, seeking IT assistance following standard Helpdesk procedure
- Manage and support end-user IT devices
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT infrastructure
- Experience in networks related task such as firewall, routers, switches, and their setup
- Hands-on experience in VM environments using VMWare and SAN storage
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server management
- Experience in end-user service and Helpdesk support
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- CCNA, MCSE, VCP, ITSM holder is preferable
