Helpdesk Support/ Technical Support Engineer, MNC, 30K

Job description

My client is a global market leader in waste management and energy recycling. They are now looking for a junior helpdesk support to join their HK office.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage, and troubleshoot the overall IT infrastructure
  • Monitor performance and ensure IT system availability and reliability
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely fashion
  • Manage IT devices, licenses, and maintenance contracts
  • Serve as the first point of contact of users, seeking IT assistance following standard Helpdesk procedure
  • Manage and support end-user IT devices

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in IT infrastructure
  • Experience in networks related task such as firewall, routers, switches, and their setup
  • Hands-on experience in VM environments using VMWare and SAN storage
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server management
  • Experience in end-user service and Helpdesk support
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • CCNA, MCSE, VCP, ITSM holder is preferable
