Health Digital Business Analyst

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test cases, and defect tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements and align expectations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, functional specs, and process flows.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance projects.
  • Proven experience in UAT execution and business requirements documentation.
  • Familiarity with insurance systems and workflows.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
