Our client is a European Professional Service Group. The company is one of the most prominent key players in its category. They are looking for a Head of Sales based in Hong Kong with further growth plans for Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
You will develop and execute a growing business plan and client retention program in line with sales and marketing strategy, including generating new business, key account management, and managing the sales budget.
As a Head of Sales, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a sales team of 5 to ensure professionalism and capabilities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop sales strategy, sales budget, and action plan to achieve budgeted sales targets and business targets using acquiring new business as well as cross-selling new services to existing clients
- Develop and execute Key Account Management Plans for key clients
- Cultivate local sales plan in line with global and regional strategies
- Perform market research in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan on key trends to identify target market segments to promote the relevant assistance services
- Acquire new accounts in line with budget and related objectives
- Provide top-level account management of existing clients by adopting a consultative sales approach and leveraging the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell the range of services
- Monitor end-to-end marketing, promotion activities and external communication activities that are in line with the business goal
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Degree and have 10+ years of Sales and Key Account Management in the Professional Service sector
- Experience in leading a small team and managing MNC accounts
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with experience in senior stakeholder and relationship management
- Experience in using sales IT systems (Salesforce) is preferred
- Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
