Head of Investment & Insurance Marketing, Retail Bank

Our client is a top-tier banking group with a stable and diversified business portfolio. With their continuous expansion in their wealth management business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre marketing professional to lead their investment and insurance marketing team.

Reporting to the CMO, you will lead the marketing communication team to plan and implement marketing strategies to develop investment and insurance marketing campaign, build brand awareness and enhance customer engagement, loyalty to drive business growth. You will work closely with product team to implement marketing initiatives marketing campaigns and producing marketing materials in supporting business growth. You will manage advertising agencies to ensure delivery of quality marketing materials that match with the bank's brand image and direction.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• University degree in related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years relevant experience in Marketing Communications / Segment Marketing/ Product Marketing gained in Banking/ Financial institutions
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
