Head of HR

Job description

Reporting to the CEO, you will spearhead the sizable HR function and provide strategic guidance at the group level. As an integral part of the Leadership team, you will continuously develop the high performing culture of the department, whilst ensuring compliance standards are being observed throughout the Group. This role will see you devising and driving the Global Human Resources strategy, establishing an ever more efficient and effective structure, and delivering HR initiatives with tangible impact. Working closely with the C-suite level and business leaders, you will be a key part in drafting and executing the company's growth plans, engaging internal and external stakeholders, with aim of continuously building and solidifying the company's platform for long term development.


To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 18 years of relevant experience, at least 10 years in a leadership role
  • Experiences gained in Investment Banking is essential
  • Prior exposure to International companies and cultures is highly preferred
  • Superb leadership skills, previous experience in leading and coaching a high performing HR function
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and result oriented environment
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
