Head of Custody

We're seeking a seasoned leader to manage and grow the Securities Services business in Hong Kong. You'll oversee day-to-day custody and securities services for institutional clients, own P&L responsibility, lead strategic initiatives to expand market share, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

*What you'll do:*
- Lead and guide the sales team to deliver excellent products and services
- Drive business growth, revenue, and cost targets aligned with global/regional strategy
- Manage risks in line with regulatory requirements
- Participate in client pitches and develop go-to-market strategies
- Represent the bank in industry forums and engage with regulators
- Mentor and develop your team, fostering high performance and career growth

*You bring:*
- Minimum 15 years of custody and fund services experience
- Deep knowledge of HK & China securities services market and regulations
- Strong leadership with proven experience managing teams
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Business development mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Relevant finance/business degree; CFA or industry certifications a plus
