Our client is a Global Media Entertainment Cooperation with diverse product and service categories and a revenue of over a USD10billion. The company owns the world's biggest consumer brands covering multiple media platforms, product and service lines. Hong Kong is a regional centre and critical market for the company, and they are currently looking for a Head of CRM & Analytics to join the business.

Based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for designing and driving the loyalty strategy for the business. As a Head of CRM & Analytics, your responsibilities will include:

  • Build a multi-year and annual business CRM strategy for the marketing team and senior leadership team
  • Enhance the use of data to generate engagement and revenue opportunities
  • Convert complex data-driven models into management-friendly use cases
  • Lead the team to ensure integration of sub-teams for the effective development and delivery of critical marketing and promotion programs
  • Transform business problems into solutions & recommendations, get the appropriate insights & data to formulate business analytics
  • Run the process for marketing budget planning regularly
  • Participate in building internal partners' relationships, promoting teamwork and influences others, build internal and external rapport to drive product timelines and deliverables

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree and have 12+ years experience in CRM strategy and activation experience, P&L responsibility is a must
  • Solid knowledge to identify business opportunities along the segment-specific customer journey
  • Experience in using a marketing cloud, growth marketing tool, e.g. Salesforce MC, Adobe Campaign, Braze, etc.
  • Experience in data-driven and consumer-centric marketing and strategies, ability to formulate hypotheses and interpretation with data to identify business opportunities
  • Outstanding analytical, presentation skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
