Governance Manager (Line 1.5) - Insurance

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Line 1.5 to support governance of group insurance and pension activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards.
  • Review and update internal policies, especially around KYC/AML.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency and implement improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote compliance awareness across teams.
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to manage compliance matters.
  • Monitor changes and advise leadership on risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Operations understanding is a must
  • ⁠Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in group policies, pension operations, or compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of KYC/AML, eMPF onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment.
  • Familiar with compliance and risk management tools.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
