FP&A Manager - fashion retail

Our client is a leading fashion retail brand with strong presence in global.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the KPIs to identify potential risks and opportunities to improve business performance
• Perform landscape and financial analysis, trend analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Conduct & facilitate regular and detailed variance analysis on sales and cost with budget and forecast for overseas' operating units through business partnering
• Finalized the budget and monitor the cash flow
• Review financial statement submitted by overseas' business segments to ensure their basic reporting accuracy and the compliance to the accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related disciplines
• CPA / CFA qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A function with 2-3 years in managerial grade
• Retail / FMCG with regional experience is required
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Strong business sense and demonstrated people management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
