Finance Manager (Retail), Based in Japan

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for month end and year end closing
• Prepare financial accounts, budget, and analysis reports for management purposes
• Monitor cash flow and sales revenue
• Implement internal audit and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain Finance policies & procedures, and ensure key controls are in place
• Work closely with country manager and provide analysis and presentations on the business performance
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or other finance related discipline
• CPA qualification
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in supervisory or managerial level
• Familiar with the Japan market
• Good command of both written and spoken Japanese and English
• Experiences in SAP / Oracle system
• Independent, proactive and self-initiative
