Finance Manager - retail

Our client is prestigious retail brand worldwide and looking for talented Finance Manager for Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-end and month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements
• Handle financial reporting, financial audits, regulatory filings, tax filings, fund management, and financial reports to stakeholders
• Monitor updates in accounting standards, group policies and local legislation to create awareness among the team and standardization across regions
• Enhance operation efficiency and control effectiveness through simplification, automation and standardization of accounting procedures and operation activities
• Support statutory and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• CPA qualification is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in fiancial accounting and regional experience
• Retail and Southeast Asia background is highly preferred
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills to deal with various stakeholders and drive changes
