Finance Manager, MNC (60-80k,open to big4)

Reporting to the CFO, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting key business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day finance functions including financial reporting, accounts management, and cash flow monitoring
2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning
3. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
5. Support financial analysis for projects, investments, and strategic initiatives including M&A activity
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global finance partners to streamline processes
7. Manage and mentor a small finance team to deliver high-quality financial services
8. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting tools, and processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) strongly preferred
- Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in corporate finance within an MNC environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate accounting, and financial regulations
- Proven ability to manage teams and work with senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
