Finance Manager - Manufacturing

Our client:

The company is an expanding mid-sized business that has grown over the years. They have a product development office in Hong Kong and factory in China. The position manages staff in PRC as well as works closely with the business leaders in Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities

• Review monthly internal financial reports and present key findings to stakeholders, oversee regional month end closing is complete in a timely manager
• Manage a team of 3-4 overseas and interpret financial information to business owners
• Review work of overseas accounting who will be in charge of operational accounting duties
• Drive monthly and quarterly budgeting, forecasting
• Act as the key business partner for the internal management team across various divisions across the region

Requirements

• CPA qualified accountant is a must. Relevant degree in Finance and Accounting
• At least 8 years of experience in an all-rounded finance role or business partnering focused function
• Previous experience with manufacturing or trading is a must
• Excellent business partnering and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
