Finance Manager

The Company

Our client is amenity trading firm. They are looking for a finance manager. This role will lead a small team and report to CFO directly.

Responsibility

• Lead & review accounting and finance operations, including AR, AP, month end closing
• Handle monthly consolidation and intercompany reconciliation
• Ensure finance and accounting matters comply to company policies and accounting standards
• Liaise with auditors for annual audit
• Liaise with tax service providers for reviewing tax returns, service tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing and provisions.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare financial reports and present business performance to management
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
• Responsible for system, finance operations & control process related projects.
• Support ad-hoc tasks/projects.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Qualified accountant with minimum 6 years of relevant experience and minimum 2 years' experience in supervisory role and audit experience is highly preferred
• Familiar with Hong Kong and international accounting practices and taxation systems is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skill, adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Able to managing multiple assignments, good team play and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
