Finance and Commercial Analyst - MNC

Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly consolidation of group financial results across multiple jurisdictions
• Analyze project-level and regional P&L performance
• Support tender submissions, pricing reviews, and commercial proposal preparation
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and internal management reports
• Support statutory filings, audit processes, and tax documentation under supervision
• Facilitate risk management process and ensure that tenders and contracts are in line with delegated authorities
• Collaborate in contract negotiations
• Liaise with regional finance and operations teams to collect and verify data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or other finance discipline
• CPA / CFA qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial analysis & risk management functions
• Background in international environment and manufacturing / engineering companies are highly preferred
• Analytical mind with strong business acumen and excellent communication skill
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Good command of written and spoken English
