Finance and Admin Manager (Up to 40k, Central)

Job description

  • To supervise daily accounts, HR & admin. ops
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Boutique office / Central

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including bank reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Supervise one staff member in daily accounting and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and manage the budget for all administrative works
  • Handle payroll functions and performance management, including monthly payroll, MPF contribution, HR costing report and salaries tax administration
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experiences
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
  • Hands on experience in overseeing the full of spectrum of C&B is preferred
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Analytical and detail-minded, problem solving with good organization skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
