Field / Service Engineer

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the office renovation project by overseeing IT‑related aspects on-site.
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors regarding cable installation and other technical setup issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on technical matters during renovation to ensure works are carried out as scheduled.
  • Provide updates and escalate issues to relevant managers when necessary.
  • Occasionally support work during weekends or non‑office hours if required (with compensation leave provided).
Requirements:
  • Around 1 year of working experience in IT support, field engineering, or related functions.
  • Basic IT knowledge preferred (e.g., networking, cabling, facility support).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Suitable for junior candidates or experienced individuals looking for a stable role (no physical lifting work required).
