Job description


  • Manage facilities management matters including maintenance, cleaning and security services
  • Handle general administrative duties incluing office supply procurement, office renovation and licence application
  • Coordinate with contractors on project monitoring and pricing negotiation
  • Develop facility budget, including cost control measures and expense forecasting


  • Higher Diploma in Facility Management or relevant discipline
  • 3+ years in Facility and Administrative Management
  • Attentive to details, independent with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and word processing
  • Good language skills of both English and Chinese
