Executive Secretary to Chairman 60k - Local FMCG Firm

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage well-round personal and business-related matters for the Chairman.
  • Handle complex travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, accomodation and transportation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Chairman.
  • Oversee household matters and supervise household staff including helpers and drivers.
  • Assist with family events, appointments and logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience as executive secretary with a stable profile, ideally in sizable corporations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in computer applications and Microsoft Office, including typing in Chinese and English.
