Executive Assistant (Up to 35k, New Territories)

Job description

  • Secretarial & Business support to C-Level.
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years related experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to C-Level
  • Arrange and prepare business summaries, reports and presentation materials
  • Manage and coordinate internal/external communication
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Min 4 year or above secretarial or administration experience
  • Good team player and problem solver, responsible, willing to learn and can work independently with initiative
  • Good manner, team work spirit and well-organized
  • Good PC knowledge and skill in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
