Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the leader's schedule, including meetings and calls.
  • Handle travel arrangements.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
  • Manage sensitive information per company policies.
  • Coordinate and provide secretarial advice.
  • Collect and consolidate business reports.
  • Prepare and verify meeting materials.
  • Manage expense claims per corporate policies.
  • Ensure expense budgeting and approval processes are followed.
  • Accompany leaders to events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bechalor degree holders.
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proactive and independent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive administrative knowledge.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Skilled in Office Operating Software.
