Executive assistant (2 months contract, up to 32k)

Job description

  • Renewable Contract
  • Min 3 years of EA experience in Banking/ Financial Firms
  • Experience supporting senior executives & Team

Job responsibilities

  • Provide full range of administrative and secretarial support including but not limited to scheduling intensive business appointments, travel and hotel reservation, complex diaries management.
  • Handle telephone correspondence efficiently, record messages and matters in a timely manner.
  • Prepare various reports, correspondences and presentation materials.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned from time to time


  • Degree holder in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience serving senior executive
  • Proficient in managing multi-tasks and prioritizing resources
  • Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good organizational skills, detailed-minded and independent
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
