Executive Assistant

About the Role: The client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives at our client's corporation. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
  • Monitor and respond to emails and other communications promptly
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and previous relevant experience working with senior management
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
