Event Marketing Specialist, Insurance

Responsibilities:

- Organize and support large-scale events, including the Annual Awards Presentation, and develop initiatives to drive sales growth

- Contribute creative ideas to the MDRT rewards program and assist in producing motivational and agency achievement content for regional initiatives

- Prepare presentations, corporate gifts, souvenirs, trophies, and other promotional materials

- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, designers, and production teams to ensure quality and timely execution

- Enhance communication and engagement with agents via platforms such as Facebook and WeChat

- Oversee budget planning for promotional campaigns and maintain cost control through price comparisons

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of event marketing experience within the insurance industry

- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient in written Chinese and English

- Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Officer position.
