Job description

Our client is a top tier financial institution with a diverse business portfolio. With their continuous expansion,

Reporting to the Head of Events, you will be a key member of a small event team to work closely with business stakeholders in developing and executing event programs that align with marketing strategies. You will collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination across digital and social platforms, engaging the audience through creative initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing event outcomes to measure success, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement. You will Utilize advanced event production tools and be responsible for organizing virtual, hybrid, and in-person events with high proficiency.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • University degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Event Management/ Event marketing/ Corporate Access in financial institution/ event agencies
  • Good international skills and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, Cantonese or Mandarin
