Job Duties

  • Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate all aspects of the conference, including logistics, marketing, and on-site setup, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to manage timelines and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Concept Development: Create event themes and concepts aligned with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, including cost estimation, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate access support within financial services; experience in MICE, conferences, roadshows, or event management is a plus.
  • Proven ability to deliver flawless logistical and team support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with exceptional time management.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and travel between office and event sites
