Job description

A leading multinational financial services firm offering retail, commercial, and corporate & investment banking solutions globally is seeking an experienced Systems Operations Specialist to join its technology team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing systems infrastructure while delivering high-quality support to business-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and troubleshoot systems and infrastructure to ensure maximum availability.
  • Improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention through process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and vendors for implementation and issue resolution.
  • Provide executive and trading floor support, including video conferencing and incident management.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in systems engineering, infrastructure, or architecture.
  • Strong desktop support experience (preferably trading floor/executive).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with mobile and remote device support, MS Entra, and Intune administration.
  • Hands-on experience with video conferencing support and incident management.
  • Ability to manage office restack projects.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
