Digital Transformation Consultant, Insurance, 50 - 60k

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable high-performance data and AI digital solutions
  • Lead the development of both data and AI layers
  • Lead a team of software engineers to develop complex data and AI applications
  • Ensure the stability and performance targets are met or exceeded with proper solution design and implementation, covering all end-to-end components.
  • Highly skilled in analyzing / designing data and AI applications and assessing impacts holistically by ensuring cross-platform compatibility and optimization
  • Highly skilled in understanding complex data and AI applications independently
  • Ensure smooth production run of data and AI application systems and able to troubleshoot production issues quickly

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably with knowledge on Insurance industry
  • Experience on data and AI digital development is an advantage
  • Full stack technical capabilities on data and AI digital development, including technologies such as Chatbot, IBM Watson, AI
  • Experience on data technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Mongo, Data Lake, Python, Azure Databricks / Data Factory, etc)
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum team using DevOps
