Regional Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced project leader ready to drive high-impact digital initiatives across the region? We're seeking a Regional Senior Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering complex, multi-stream projects and managing diverse stakeholders-ideally with experience in luxury or client-facing digital applications.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage all aspects of project planning, including requirements gathering, documentation, business analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare and present regular status updates and recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process analyses to uncover business needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories for development teams.
  • Oversee testing, user acceptance, and project handover to ensure solutions meet quality and business objectives.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes, balancing client needs with project constraints.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience managing multi-stream, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Proven expertise in projects related to client-facing applications, digital user journeys, or web forms-experience in the luxury industry is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project planning, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
