Digital Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Vendor & Tender Management: Lead external vendor selection and tender processes, including RFI/RFP preparation, evaluation, negotiation of contracts/SOWs, and ongoing vendor performance management against SLAs and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Align business, IT, and external partners through clear communication, governance forums, and decision-making processes; provide regular status updates and manage expectations.
  • Technology & Solution Oversight: Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, oversee integrations, testing, and production readiness while ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and coordinate security reviews and remediation before go-live.
  • Budget & Financial Control: Develop and manage project budgets, track costs and variances, and ensure benefits realization post-implementation.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Drive communication, training, and operational handover plans to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years in digital project management, with proven track record in external vendor selection, tender processes, and multi-vendor delivery.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of web/mobile platforms, cloud solutions, integrations, and security/compliance requirements.
  • Project Management Skills: Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
  • Vendor Management: Hands-on experience with RFI/RFP preparation, evaluation, contract negotiation, and SLA enforcement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Excellent ability to manage cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership.
  • Financial Acumen: Skilled in budgeting, cost tracking, and benefits realization.
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/SAFe, or ITIL.
