Digital Product Analyst - up to 40K, banking

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive customer adoption and usage on digital payment services to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Assist in UX/UI design to offers a seamless user experience.
• Conduct market research on current rends & competitors' offerings
• Collaborate with development team and other stakeholders to drive user experience and revenue.
• Develop effective communication and marketing plans for the launch of the digital payment platform.
• Work with marketing and product teams to define target audiences, key messaging & strategies.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent
• 2- 3 years experience in digital product/customer data analysis role
• Hands-on experience in market research in a banking set-up
• Excellent numerical analytical skill
