Digital Marketing Manager, FMCG

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on driving user acquisition, retention, and app engagement. Identify target audience segments and devise strategies to reach and engage them effectively.

  2. App Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to enhance the app user experience. Analyze user feedback, and implement improvements to optimize the app's functionality, navigation, and overall user experience.

  3. Consumer Insights: Utilize various research methods, including surveys, focus groups, and user interviews, to gather consumer insights and understand their preferences, behaviors, and needs. Analyze and interpret consumer data to inform marketing strategies, product enhancements, and app features.

  4. Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and app downloads. Create and curate engaging content, monitor social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.

  5. Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to engage and educate users through various digital channels. Create compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, to drive app downloads and usage.

  6. Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, such as search engines, social media, and display networks. Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting and ad creatives, and manage budgets to drive app downloads and user engagement.

  7. Performance Tracking and Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, engagement, and app usage. Utilize analytics tools to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies, app performance, and consumer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing and consumer research are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, preferably in the F&B industry or related consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
  • Experience in app marketing and optimization.
  • Knowledge of consumer research methodologies and experience gathering and analyzing consumer insights.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for the FMCG industry and staying updated with digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and market insights.
