Digital Marketing Assistant (Events and Loyalty Programme)

Job description


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic business marketing projects

- Plan, design, and implement the marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation

- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project tasks and ensure timely completion

- Analyze, monitor, and evaluate the project outcome

- Supervise and guide a small team in executing the project objectives effectively and efficiently

- Manage inquiries from various parties

-Provide support for ad-hoc tasks from other departments as needed, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness


- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or relevant disciplines to demonstrate a strong foundation

- At least 3 years of work experience to showcase the ability to lead projects

- Proficiency in English and Chinese language skills

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and project updates across teams and stakeholders

- Well-organized, with strong interpersonal skills, a team player, self-starter, and able to work under pressure

- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to navigate diverse business challenges and interactions
