Our Client is one of the well recognized Global Banks who is looking for a Digital Content Professional to join their Global Marketing team.

Job description:

  • Perform website maintenance and optimization for content update and user experience enhancement
  • Closely work with products, segment, branch operations, marketing and communications teams to prepare and launch web contents, microsites, and eDM campaigns
  • Optimize website performance, including search engine optimization (SEO), usability, experimentation
  • Analyze customer feedback on website, identify areas of improvement, define and execute action plan
  • Collaborate with Group Web Master and website IT teams on group projects and IT enhancements / upgrade
  • Make use of Adobe Analytics to review website performance, identify areas of improvement, define and execute action plan
  • Define use cases and requirements for MarTech enablement on website

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business / Information Systems / Marketing with work experience in website management and maintenance
  • At least 3-5 years related work experience
  • Skilled in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web design, HTML, CSS, Javascript, content management system, and web traffic metrics
  • Strong with Adobe Analytics, tracking and dashboarding capabilities
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
