Digital BA/ PM - Financial Services - AI Project

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new initiatives, translating them into detailed business requirement documents.
• Prepare and maintain requirement documentation and ensure timely submission to relevant systems (e.g., Jira).
• Partner with UX/UI designers to transform requirements into an intuitive and seamless digital customer experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect essential information and provide support for project execution.
• Facilitate reviews related to information security, data privacy, business continuity, due diligence, and risk assessments.
• Support administrative tasks for the team, including maintaining project documentation, tracking timelines, and organizing meetings and workshops.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related industry.
• Proven track record in supporting the delivery and implementation of digital initiatives, preferably in the health and wellness sector.
• Experience in AI-related projects will be a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and implementation skills.
• Demonstrated accountability and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with internal and external stakeholders to achieve team objectives within deadlines.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight schedules.
• Must obtain relevant licenses if the role involves regulated activities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
