Digital BA, Insurance, 50 - 60k

Job description


  • Plan and lead meetings/workshops with IT& Business units to outline business visions and gather functional requirements
  • Analyze the as-is situation and collaborate with users to create artifacts (epics, stories, etc.) to maximize value
  • Define the data requirements & definition for extraction & stitching in Adobe platform
  • Work with the technical team to translate business requirements into technical solution
  • Work with the development team to translate business requirements into technical solution
  • Collaborate with end users to ensure developed systems can fulfil user requirements
  • Coordinate and support UAT


  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, Insurance knowledge would be an advantage
  • Compliance / Legal related IT project experience would be an advantage
  • Strong analytic, problem solving, communication, planning & implementation skills
  • Track record in delivering impactful digital product features for insurance / financial institution
  • Attention detail, a practical approach to the day-to-day work of story-writing and delivery
  • Well versed with Agile Delivery methodologies
