Job description

Our client is a leading insurance company. This role is pivotal in strengthening agency relationships, enhancing customer acquisition and retention, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement agency engagement strategies to foster strong relationships and improve overall performance.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of lead management, including capturing, nurturing, and converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • Design and execute retention strategies to recapture existing clients and maximize long-term value.
  • Plan and deliver customer acquisition campaigns, including promotional offers and targeted initiatives to attract new users.
  • Identify and maximize upsell opportunities, leveraging success stories and case studies to drive adoption.
  • Coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely updates.
  • Manage content creation, including newsletters, workshop materials, and other engagement tools.
  • Oversee video production projects, working closely with vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and engagement metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agency engagement, marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
  • Proven project management expertise, including vendor coordination and multi-stakeholder communication.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese.
