Delivery / Salesforce Tech BA - Mobile App & Service Cloud

Job description

We are seeking a Delivery BA / Salesforce Tech BA to support mobile app and CRM service platform initiatives. This role requires strong end-to-end delivery experience-from eliciting requirements to working closely with developers and participating in release cycles.
You will work alongside front-end developers, Salesforce engineers, and product teams to ensure features are delivered on time and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end delivery for mobile app & Salesforce features
  • Lead requirement gathering, grooming, and user story creation
  • Manage testing cycles, UAT coordination, and release planning
  • Work closely with developers and technical teams daily
  • Engage with business users to validate requirements and ensure adoption
Requirements
  • 4-10 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Strong exposure to mobile apps, CRM, or Salesforce platforms
  • Ability to operate under pressure and deliver quickly
  • Experience writing detailed user stories & managing agile ceremonies
