Program Manager (APAC)

About the Role

We are seeking an A+ calibre Program Manager with a strong technical mindset and a proven track record in system integration program leadership. This role will oversee complex, multi-system integration initiatives across the APAC region, ensuring seamless collaboration between technology, business, and vendor teams.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, technical understanding, and executive communication skills to manage high-visibility programs involving 20+ integrations across multiple business functions.




Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end system integration programs, managing over 20 integration projects across business units and technical platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across APAC, aligning requirements and ensuring smooth delivery of integration initiatives.
  • Manage external vendors and third-party technology partners to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Engage directly with top management, including C-level stakeholders at Chanel, providing clear program updates, risk assessments, and progress reports.
  • Develop and execute integration strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to drive program success.
  • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, ensuring proactive resolution and continuous optimization.



Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT or digital project/program management, with significant exposure to large-scale system integration initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of backend integration concepts, including API integrations, middleware, and data flows across enterprise systems.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with executive-level audiences.
  • Prior experience working within a consultancy or enterprise technology environment, demonstrating strategic thinking and polished client-facing communication.
  • Solid experience in vendor and partner management, ensuring accountability and delivery excellence.
  • Experience with POS or retail systems is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
