Data & Business Analyst, Insurance, 40K

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and implement an end to end workflow solution for business units to use
Automate reporting processes by designing and implementing the right tools and processes
Identify and translate business rules and requirements into technical specifications
Design, develop, deploy and maintain BI solutions (including dashboards and data automation solutions)
Consolidate and reconcile data from different platforms
Assist in the standardization and alignment of data definition
Develop and update documentations

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree (prefer from Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field)
Possess 2-4 years as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
experiences
Knowledge in Python and VBA is a plus
Strong in Excel
Familiarity with Tableau
Strong knowledge in data analytics and ability to reshape data to the correct format
