Data Analyst/Management - Junior/Fresh Grads

Job Duties

Partner with Group, Regional, and Country project teams, IT, and other business functions to deliver data usage controls and remediation activities under the Integrity of Regulatory Reporting Programme.
Review and assess end-to-end processes, data flows, and data sources, working closely with process and data owners to conduct data quality profiling and resolve identified issues.
Ensure all project outputs comply with internal data governance standards and policies.
Provide clear and timely project updates, proactively highlighting risks and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders and management.
Support data management activities related to the Bank's Risk functions.

Requirements

Minimum of two years' experience in business analysis, data management, project management, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry.
Proven experience in process analysis and/or data management in a banking or finance environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field; familiarity with finance systems, data workflows, and financial reporting is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across local, regional, and global teams.
Highly detail-oriented, with the capability to analyze complex business processes and large volumes of data.
