Customer Success Director - SaaS MNC
Our client is a well-established technology company with a solid foundation and global footprint that has seen immense growth during recent years. Due to expansion and a continued focus on quality customer service, they are looking for a Customer Success Director to take over the team.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing a customer support team of several hundred based around the region, with a few managers as your direct reports. As customer service is paramount to the business, you will ensure that your team is utilizing robust customer success strategies by providing successful service quality at various customer touchpoints during the life cycle including pre-sales, implementation, troubleshooting, etc. In this role, you will also be responsible for developing a multi-year business plan for Customer Success as well as a long-term hiring and training.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience within customer success, customer support, etc with at least 3 years' experience of managing a team (locally or regionally) of at least 50 members
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication and team leadership skills
- Experience from within a fast-paced organization
- Understanding of technology or new economy businesses advantageous
- Fluent verbal and written English as all communication will be English
