Customer Solution Expert

Job Duties

  • Play regional expert role to drive customer satisfaction and digitial communication
  • Handle Sales Order creation
  • Coordinate with logistic team for dispath
  • Daily review the order status and keep customer and sales updated with status changes and process
  • Answer general enquiries
  • Work with different teams to manage all orders and ensure being handled properly and accordingly
  • Support the team to handle sample process to expedite the sample delivery to secure business opportunity
  • Create sample ordeers and manual orders

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Supply Chain, Business Management or Operations Management or equivalent
  • Ability to support Head of CS
  • Good partnerships and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
