Customer Solution Expert (20-24K)

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a regional expert and change agent to drive customer adoption of the new Customer Service (CS) setup and digital communication tools.
  • Ensure performance team meets service level targets to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and supply chain operations.
  • Resolve customer requests efficiently by leveraging expertise in assigned supply chain areas.
  • Provide optimal solutions that balance internal resources with external market needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain Management.
  • Leadership Support: Ability to assist the Head of Customer Service in executing strategies and developing the team for value creation.
  • Planning & Prioritization: Strong skills in managing tasks to meet CS response KPIs aligned with the new CS setup.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to build partnerships and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve team objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Capable of analyzing exception cases and delivering effective solutions.
  • Accountability: Demonstrates ownership and commitment to achieving results.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and data management
